I am receiving reports from one of our clients that emails they are sending out are not being received by their clients. I have looked
at Sophos and the logs are showing delivered. I checked their mx record in DNS checker and it looks like IPs are being block can someone please confirm this . I am on the east coast data center..

There were reports of some of our Public IPs being blacklisted by a specific vendor, but the issue was resolved on Apr 16.

When raising the ticket provide a sample of the email being rejected due to the blacklist and the sender email and recipient email.
