Hello,
I'm a Sophos Partner and I recently gave an access to a new custommer for 1 month testing of Central Email Gateway before selling it.
He configured his two domain names into the central for inbound mail, some spam messages are blocked but many of spam are still forwarded to the Inbox folders of the end users...
Is there a way to increase the threshold of the spam detection into the policy of the Central Email Gateway? I cannot find any settings about that...
