Microsoft is deprecating the old 365 Connector apis, and forcing everything over to the newer Graph workflows. Unfortunately the webhook links generated by the new Teams Webhook Workflow are not compatible with Optix integration.
I have a support case open. Hopefully resolved before MS pulls the plug, which was extended from Dec 31 2024, to Jan 31 2025
I unfortunately had to push back more than expected to get attention escalated on this.
