Recently, we got an alert that was caused by a company we work with doing a Disaster Recovery test. This caused a duplicate record of one of our servers. We have prevented the backed-up systems from communicating out to Sophos to prevent future de-duplication events from being generated, but how do we remove the current duplicate server without causing any issues? Is it just a matter of removing one of them & how do we identify which one? All the documentation I'm reading is indicating not to delete anything for 2 weeks, but I rather not have dupes in the portal. Thanks for any help!
