I have noticed this in Firefox quite a few times in the past.
I log in to Central, after successful MFA I may see the username / passwort prompt again. If I simply reload the page at that stage, I'll see the dashboard.
Second issue: after login, I see the dashboard, I see alert but in the navigation, I have no products. Same here: after reload, everything is fine.
