did you try the "Forgot password" procedure?
Did you ever receive the email(s) from Sophos Central the first time your registered?

I tried forgot password and it gives me that error after i input the authentification code.
I did not receive the sophos central first time email.
Exactly the same here with a customer's account.

If you are a Sophos Partner, may I ask if you created the customer account from Sophos Central Partner and then added the customer's desired email address as an "Admin" or "Super Admin" to the sub-estate?
