did you try the "Forgot password" procedure?
Did you ever receive the email(s) from Sophos Central the first time your registered?

I tried forgot password and it gives me that error after i input the authentification code.

Exactly the same here with a customer's account.
I am not able to locate a Sophos Central account associated with your details.
If this has not yet been set up, I'd suggest proceeding with the Free Trial steps from the following page. This will create your Sophos Central Account. Once done, it's possible to activate licenses.

- Activate Your License
Your Sophos ID account is used to access a number of different resources, including the Sophos Community, Support Portal, etc. I suspect the Sophos Central environment may not yet be active for you to log in and activate your licenses.

If you are a Sophos Partner, may I ask if you created the customer account from Sophos Central Partner and then added the customer's desired email address as an "Admin" or "Super Admin" to the sub-estate?
