So yes, you can customize the dashboard to meet your requirements. It's a newly added feature on sophos central console.

I don't see the "Manage Dashboards" on my end, or is this the Dashboard i see when i launch a customer? 

If that's the case, I'm Asking about the Dashboard on the Partner Dashboard for an overview of all customers.

Currently, the custom dashboards are only available for Customer Dashboards in Sophos Central.

Similar updates are planned for Sophos Central Partner and Sophos Central Enterprise Dashboards in the coming year, however this is subject to change without notice.
