Unable to Login to Sophos Central for new device registration

Hello Support,

I have recently received Sophos XGS 3100 appliance and now i intend to register it.

However, whenever I try to login to Sophos Central, after entering the username and password it goes to MFA screen, waiting for verification of code.

I am supposed to receive the code in SMS on my registered mobile number, but no code is ever received. The same was working fine till February this year.

When I change the MFA mechanism to email, code is received on my registered email address but than it is not getting verified even though there is no delay involved in receiving the code and entering it in the portal.

Your kind help is needed.
