Hi support,
I try to reset password and received a code at my mail and verified successful.
But I enter the new password it loop infinity and said it authen failed.....see pic attached.
please help!!!

i do try to open a ticket but sophos rejected.......don't know why ( try again and said previously rejected....call hotline for help...??
Then, I called the hong kong hotline number. Communicate with a support who speaking "indian english"......
I have difficulty to hear what he is taking.. ( sorry my English is not well ).
So, anyway to help me open a ticket please?
