Internet Connection Issue after install Sophos Endpoint

Hi GlennSen, thanks for your response. I'm not using the proxy to access the insternet. It happens with the normal browser. I have tried to connect my own mobile data hotspot and without any issue to access the internet. I'm not sure the issue was caused by Sophos Endpoint or the Sophos firewall or any else, because the issue happens after I install the Sophos Endpoint.

Is this only affecting 1 device? You mentioned that the connection works fine when you use your mobile data. If that is the case, we can't rule out a possible issue with your ISP. May I know what is the core agent version installed on this device? You can also start by disabling the Sophos Endpoint components one by one to see if any of those are causing the internet connection issue.
