Hi Gladys, this is one, but this is for Kaseya VSA 9.5 there has been a new release which they called Kaseya X or in other words Kaseya 10. This is built on a new system and looks and behaves differently.

I have inquired with our internal team about this. Currently, Kaseya X/10 is not supported. Our current plug-in does not work with VSA 10, since Kaseya switched to a new infrastructure. Nevertheless, our Product Team is already in discussion with Kaseya about collaborating on building a new plug-in. More information regarding this will be shared once available.

Thank you for following up. I have inquired about this with our internal team. Currently, the team is engaged with the Kaseya team to design an integrated experience with VSAX. However, since we are only in the very early stage of the process, we don't have a projected completion date. The desire is to build it this year.
