Hi Raphael
Thank you for your reply
I saw your link but I am a partner (right super admin) and I can not create a custom report and set up sending email
I am super partner because we manage different tenat, every for company
So we need to create a custom report and send for their
Is it possible?
Thanks
Roberto
Currently, custom reports can only be made by local admins on each respective sub-estate. This is because the "Admin" user role is locally on the site.
Partner Admin accounts are not permanently on the customer sites, they are only elevated when they launch the customer's site from the Central Partner Dashboard.
If you would like to see changes made to this to allow Partners to generate custom reports on behalf of customers, I'd suggest sending this in as a feature request. If you'd like to proceed in doing so, please send me a private message, and I'd be happy to assist.
Hi Qoosh
i tried to create a superadmin user on a client. Now I see and create a custom report. i set to send an email every day.
I have some questions:
- who does the system send emails to? Administrator?
- When does the system send emails? I have set up the report but I am not receiving emails.
- Can I force the sending of emails?
- Is it possible to set a different email to send the report?
Thank you
Roberto
The custom report will be sent to the admin who created the report originally.
The emails I am receiving are sent around 3:15pm PST, but this may vary depending on the time at which you create the custom report.
It is not currently possible to force an email to be sent.
It is not possible to specify a different email address for the report to be addressed to, though using a distribution list email address may work.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
Hi Qoosh
Thank you very much
I have the last question.
I am a super admin partner and manage many clients.
If I have to create a local admin user and automatically send this report to this email, I have to add an admin profile to the customer and this way the customer can manage their tenant (this is a problem because the management is ours as a partner)
also to configure the report I have to ask the customer to register as local admin
is there solution?
Thanks
Roberto

I suggest using email aliases or group mailboxes on your mail server for this purpose. This way, only you will receive the emails instead of creating an account that your customer has access to.
But if i create an email on my server, i have to send manually this report to my customer. i need to create a automatically process (i manage 100 customers and to send manually this report everyday is hard).
Thanks a lot
A mailbox rule or mail forwarding rule may help with this, but ultimately it’s up to you how you choose to implement this.
