Thank you for your reply, however we have an Application Control Policy already, this is more for web control to stop accessing the web versions.

Is there not a category to block file sharing websites, like there is for Gambling?

Thanks for clarifying. You can try adding the URLs to the Website Management and see if it helps. The Website Management feature lets you control websites that aren’t in one of the Sophos categories. You can tag the websites to put them in groups, then use policies to control these websites for certain users.

Thank you, we actually have this setup with various URL's, however it's not ideal as URL's change. So is there not a category for File Sharing?

The URL we have in question is actually in the list which you mentioned, so is blocking, however as you know URL's changing. I was hoping Sophos had something similar to "Gambling" category whereby, everything is blocked for Gambling, and then you just allow what URL, the way you are talking is everything is allowed, and you have to block the URLs', which obviously change.

The Sophos Firewall does have a category for Personal Network Storage. If you have a Sophos Firewall appliance at your site, it may be possible for you to leverage this. 

Outside of this, the website management options may be the only way to re-classify the concerned websites. The top-level domain will be matched when doing this, anything after the ".com" should not affect the accessibility of the website. 

Alternatively, you can reach out to your Sophos Account Manager to ask that this be raised as a feature request to add another category for Personal Network Storage in the Web Control options from Sophos Central.
