List of the latest MSP Integration Enhancements

Did you know that product improvements have been released for all MSP integrations over the past few months?

In case you missed them, we made this comprehensive list of all the enhancements to make sure you’re all caught up. Check them out below:

• Ticketing Integration - ConnectWise PSA and Autotask  
  • All endpoint-related tickets will now include a deep link to the Sophos device details page. No need for manual searches, saving you at least 20 seconds of your time per alert.

  • Alerts can be closed/acknowledged from either the PSA or Sophos Central, and the update will sync to the other side.

  • Firewall alerts will not only create PSA tickets, and auto-assign the PSA company, but also the tickets now get associated with the corresponding PSA configuration item to provide better visibility to firewall issues.

•   Usage Integration - ConnectWise PSA and Autotask
  • The frequency can be customized from daily to monthly sync to avoid pro-ration in Autotask and allow for alignment of the PSA product usage quantities with the quantities invoiced by the distributor.

  • Product mapping allows MSP’s to control which PSA services/products to update, as well as allows for PSA side changes without breaking the usage sync.

  • Sophos Partners can now sync usage of Switch and AP6 monthly support license to PSAs

  • [Planned for October] Sophos Partners will be able to sync usage for Firewall products into both ConnectWise PSA and Autotask  
    • This is currently in Early Access Program 
      
      
• Updated versions of ConnectWise Automate and Kaseya VSA plugins
  • MSPs can now onboard customers quicker because these plugins no longer require customer tokens or product selection to deploy Sophos agents. In addition, the plugin for ConnectWise Automate will now let you manage Macs.

  • A new Automate button has been added to disable/enable auto-deployment. This will help exclude/remove exclusion for specific computers.
