  • The survey aims to gather insights on various aspects of Cases (a.k.a. investigations, incidents, alerts, tickets, etc), including how your role shapes your touchpoint with Cases and how you manage your cases – whether it be inside or outside of Central.  
  • Your responses will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of improving our Cases.  
  • The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
