We are excited to announce a new top level navigation update for the Self-Service Portal. This update will be released on Wednesday, October 2nd.
What to expect:
After the release, all customers using the Self-Service Portal will be defaulted to the new top-level navigation view.
- Existing and new co-branded logos will automatically be adjusted to the top right of the new toolbar
- Please note that the new top-level navigation will be set as default and will not include a toggle back to legacy view option
New Feature Highlights:
- Top level dropdown menu for licensed products
- Notification Center
- My Profile change to My Info
- Co-branding logo will be fixed to the right of the top-level navigation bar
