Sophos Central API for PRTG

Could you let me know which API you are using alongside PRTG? 

Are there any errors shown that you can provide?

the API request is working fine but PRTG cannot handle the JSON output since the output is not in the Console.

I am using: GitHub - sophos/Sophos-Central-SIEM-Integration: Simple integration script for 3rd party systems such as SIEMs. Offers command line, file or syslog output in CEF, JSON or key-value pair formats.

I am getting the error:

XML: The returned XML does not match the expected schema. (Code: PE233) -- JSON: The returned JSON does not match the expected structure (No mapping for the Unicode character exists in the target multi-byte code page). (Code: PE231)
