is there a way to get the API specifications listed on "https://developer.sophos.com/apis" as a downloadable YAML or JSON file?

We do not provide this data since the APIs are a constantly evolving feature so any downloaded data runs the chance of becoming obsolete quickly. We encourage you to use the data in the website - that is updated whenever we make a change.
