Error Code SBIE2327

I have gone to -
Sandbox Settings > Resource Access > COM Access
and added - OpenClsid={D713F357-7920-4B91-9EB6-49054709EC7A} as shown on www.sandboxie.com/SBIE2327

It has made no difference at all, the error panel still comes up even though I have updated my Sandboxie version to 5.31.6 - 64 bit.

  • What were you doing when this happens?

BTW this component looks like a printer driver, they can be tricky to work around, they may have other dependencies later on.

  • Every time it happens, I am only logging on to my browser.

My printing works perfectly OK - no problems. Printer works on WiFi via my router,

    PC connected by Ethernet cable.

  • What a program !

I do not get this error panel with Firefox and Opera - only Chrome !

Now I get an error message SBIE 2101 that is not even on the error list !

  • By accident, I found another error thread where Barb had given a suggestion, that
he said had worked for him. It was not the same error as I have been getting.

    Using Chrome settings>advanced>system.
I did what Barb had said, I turned OFF -

    1. "Continue running background apps when Google Chrome is closed"
    2. "Use hardware acceleration when available"

It seems to have eliminated my error panels. After many closures of my Sandboxied Chrome
and restarts, no error panels have yet appeared. By pure chance, I may have solved the
irritating popup of these errors, thanks to Barb and my luck in spotting his comment. We will see.

  • I have not had a single error panel since taking the measures described in my last post.
It looks very promising indeed. Thanks to Barb and my accidental stumbling onto his proposal.

If the intended Forum DIY expert enthusiasm I have received on this matter is indicative of an open source
Sandboxie support, then the future is looks very grim.
