In Windows 7 x64 using sb 5.31.4 and the latest chrome occasionally I see this error, but only when I visit dropbox.com after some time (a hard page reload CTRL+F5 will also do it):

I don't know why dropbox and chrome combo would be trying to open a console? It's reproducible here. I go to a folder URL in my dropbox that lists the files in the folder , it looks like home/Public/folder/folder. Can anyone else reproduce?
