when I try to download something in Chrome it tells me I do not have permission to save the file.

I just installed Sandboxie 5.30 64 bit on a recent install of W10-1903.18362.30.

what did I miss?

Just download and install the latest version 5.31.4: https://www.sandboxie.com/DownloadSandboxie

Don't forget to read the "instructions for filling out download request form" before.
