Error messages SBIE2303 and SBIE2318

I have SB 5.30, Win 10 Pro

Error message:

SBIE2303 Could not hook CoGetObject (33, 1655)
SBIE2303 Could not hook RegisterDragDrop (33, 1655)
SBIE2318 DLL initialization failed for 'ole32.dll'

I occasionally - and randomly - get the above messages in one dialog.

I simply close the dialog and continue. I'm not aware of any adverse effects.

Am I doing something wrong?
