Unable to Search for contributed utils SandboxDiff on Forum

The links in https://www.sandboxie.com/ContributedUtilities refer to the old lost forum, while the forum here is a pretty new without old information.

Keep in mind though SandboxDiff might not even work anymore (or not work well) since it was probably updated years (and at least dozens of version changes) ago.
