There seems to be something seriously wrong with RADAR and we're getting no support.

We currently have two issue with RADAR and are getting no support on either issue.

Issue 1. We cannot retrieve any mail archived prior to 2017 despite having been a RADAR client and re-seller for several years. Nobody at support can tell us why and nobody is getting back to us to let us know what work is being done, if any, to resolve this issue. We have clients waiting for us to provide them with archived email that no longer seems to exist.

 

Issue 2. We have a client who is trying to get into RADAR but is getting a message saying their credentials don't work and they cannot reset them. This gets bumped up to level 2 support at RADAR where it just gets closed.

This is wholly unacceptable and needs to be escalated but efforts to do that are being met with the same inaction.
