Sophos PureMessage recreate SQL database

Dear Support Community,

If SQL database is lost due to the hardware failure, and there is no way to recover the database.

What are the steps to instruct Sophos PureMessage 4.0.4 to recreate a blank database on another SQL server, or there is no other option other then to reinstall the product?

Hi Bujar Lushta1 Could you please confirm if the PureMessage services are started? Please check this article to move the database to a different SQL Server. Hope this helps.
