  • Hi Vladimir,

Do you have another firewall in front of the UTM that might be blocking the request or the response?

Look in 'Configure updating' to find the FQDN of the update server being blocked.  I know that d3.sophosupd.com is working now, but if you see another, you might wait a few days to see if your update server has been having problems.

    Cheers - Bob

  • Just found this from another thread

There is, however, a valid workaround:

    1. Copy the Warehouse folder from a working endpoint (the warehouse folder is found at C:\ProgramData\Sophos\AutoUpdate\data).
    2. Paste the folder into the same location on one of the affected endpoints.
    3. Force an update/run the install.
    4. Check to see if the affected endpoint has now updated successfully.

  • Sorry, but if i not have working endpoint ?

besides, why it is necessary to resort to such manipulations..))
Why does not it just work?

  • Agreed, why isn't Sophos fixing this, this apparently has been going on for months. Read some of the other threads here, last top 3 which is how I found the fix above.

  • For my history of using UTM, the problem with the endpoints was already there and I ran into it several years ago, for a very long time I solved the problem.
It looks like this weak spot...

But I want to express my gratitude to those people who helped me solve problems!
