Hi support,
We are the breach office's IT, the main office IT provided us the read only access to their Sophos. Today a user in breach office got bitlocker recovery key request, however I could not load the result in Sophos portal, and no option available in Encryption page.
Not sure if it is because of my account's level, but would like to suggest if can mention the permission level who can retrieve the recovery key on your document, thanks.
