Please update this page MDR settings - Sophos Central Partner

To include documentation on the setting "Enable Live Response for all customers"

    Sorry for the late answer. We've checked with our engineering team and today, it's not possible to set up Live Response for all the customers from the Central Partner dashboard.

    You will have to manually enable it in each Central Admin Customer account.

    If you have further question, do not hesitate.
