Hi ,

After talking to a few people, we've been told that the ability to delete an admin from the Central Partner dashboard is not possible, as you said (the feature was pulled out of the product as the last minute due to some issues with it).

Here are the instructions on how to disable admins to access to the dashboard. These will be published with our next release in a couple of weeks.

You can't delete administrator accounts from the Central Partner dashboard but you can disable them from the Sophos Partner Portal.

To disable an administrator, do as follows:

  1. Sign in to https://partnerportal.sophos.com/
  2. Go to Partner Profile > Manage Users
  3. Select the name of the administrator you want to disable.
  4. On the Edit User page, scroll down to User Access and Roles.
  5. Change the Central Partner Access setting to No.

    Note: If you also want to prevent access to Sophos Partner Portal, change Active to No.

  6. Click Update.
