To configure this setting, do as follows:

  1. Sign in to your Google Admin Console.
  2. Navigate to Apps > Google Workspace > Gmail > Advanced settings.

This no longer exists in Google Workspaces. it is now

AppsGoogle WorkspaceGmailSpam, Phishing and Malware.
