It would be great if this services guide page for Enhanced Support Plus https://doc.sophos.com/support/help/en-us/services-guide/enhanced-plus/index.html included information about warranty coverage for the HA passive appliance or a link to where the topic is covered on the Enhanced Support page.
While it is covered on the Ënhanced support Page https://doc.sophos.com/support/help/en-us/services-guide/enhanced/index.html partners and customers are having trouble finding it which is causing delays in renewals and new sales.
