Remove contacting Microsoft Support as a work around from KB-000045035

In the May 11th version and earlier Sophos Email: Mailflow configuration fails because of a disabled connector (KB-000045035) it is listed in the work around to contact Microsoft Support to enable the connector OR change the mailfow mode to inbound only. I reached out to Microsoft Support about enabling the connector and their response after a long wait time was:

"Sophos is a known non-compliant provider as per our
We are rejecting such requests and they have published advisory to their customers to use Sophos in inbound only mode as a mitigation."
I suggest removing the option to contact Microsoft Support from the workaround options since they are rejecting them.
