Above KBA link is not useful because if we will follow KBA step then we will have to regenerate certificates.

and I will have to install certificates in all 200 systems and also download & install the sophos ovpn file for every sophos SSL VPN user. 

We have set up certificates from last 5 year and it's not possible to change the above setting in 1 or 2 days.

Which is not possible for now to change everything & certificate generate is very big activities for any company.

I would request you to please involve your development team and release new build for Sophos connect asap.
