I had created a PRO file with the gateway, user_portal_port and vpn_portal_ports options, but I am unable to connect.
Working with support on ticket 07276419, I found the user_portal_port is NOT supposed to be directed to the User Portal port (5443 in our case), but the VPN Portal Port (4443 in our case). The vpn_portal_port - No clue what it does, it is not needed.
Documentation should help us set the user portal port option correctly and share with us what the vpn portal port option is for since it appears useless at this point.
Category below should be Sophos (XGS) Firewall since XG firewalls are going into EOL.
