CEP automatic migration

If a customer has CEP, will they be automatically migrated to CIXE, will they be automatically migrated to CIXA, or will migration only occur upon the next renewal?

The conditions/steps are not exactly clear.

  • Hi there Steven,

    CEP will be migrated to CIXA until the remainder of the customer's license term. Should their renewal come, they will have three licenses to choose from:

    • CIXE - Intercept X Essentials
    • CIXA - Intercept X Advanced
    • CIXAXDR - Intercept X Advanced + XDR
