550 5.7.1 XGEMAIL_0011 Command rejected

I need help on an error log in remote host sending email to Sophos Gateway: "550 5.7.1 XGEMAIL_0011 Command rejected". I can´t find any description/solution on Sophos docs and community.

Any help will be helpful.
