need to Download Link for Sophos Enterprise Console 5.3.1

Hi, 

i need a setup for Sophos Enterprise Console 5.3.1.

I need to update the old console (5.3.1 to 5.5.2)  but I need a old setup to remove the encrypted software. (Encryption is installed. Please migrate any computers and uninstall it before continuing.)

Where can I download it?

    Hello Mehdi,

    if you got that far you're probably running 5.3.1 on 2008 R2, aren't you?

    What used to work (likely not strictly legal) is that you make note of the final download link to sec_552_sfx.exe and change it to sec_531_sfx.exe. Otherwise you should ask Support to provide the old version.

     Unfortunately, this method did not work, however, thank you. 

    our customer running it an Win Server 2019 .

    this method did not work
    too bad. Well, I did not try recently, IIRC the challenge is to obtain the actual download link that points to the .exe as the browser is redirected to it. This failed or the link with 531 returned a 404?
