XG does not offer DHCP Option on GUI. It is only possible via CLI. Console offers all kind of options to go: https://docs.sophos.com/nsg/sophos-firewall/18.0/Help/en-us/webhelp/onlinehelp/nsg/sfos/cliGuide/concepts/AppendixA.html
