Report to Sophos button stopped working.

The "Report to Sophos" button is not working within our organization. It used to work but not anymore. Now when a user clicks report to Sophos we do not get the popup and it just keeps spinning in the email." It never stops spinning. Happens with every email we try this with. We have it configured to forward spam to spam@zixcorp.com. I have tested this address by forwarding a piece of spam manually to it. The address is valid. We tried uninstalling the add-in, then reinstalling it. We are on the latest version. Help would be appreciated.

  • If anyone is interest, this is what Sophos support told me today (3/12/24)

    We investigated and found out that this is known issue for Outlook plugin V 1.5. On that, new release will publish by end of March 13,2024 by development team.

  • Hi , we have the same problem. But since 1.3... Our XGS says for connections to "sisense.cloudstation.eu-central-1.prod.hydra.sophos.com" and "api-cloudstation-eu-central-1.prod.hydra.sophos.com" every time "Server did not respond to client hello". The AddIn try to report to sophos and get a timeout error. Do you have a idea?

    We use Exchange 2019 on Prem with Outlook 2019. All systems are up to date.
