The "Report to Sophos" button is not working within our organization. It used to work but not anymore. Now when a user clicks report to Sophos we do not get the popup and it just keeps spinning in the email." It never stops spinning. Happens with every email we try this with. We have it configured to forward spam to spam@zixcorp.com. I have tested this address by forwarding a piece of spam manually to it. The address is valid. We tried uninstalling the add-in, then reinstalling it. We are on the latest version. Help would be appreciated.
