Send out campaign email again

I started a series with 4 campaigns, the first campaign went out well but my client decided to change the email address of one person, I did the change and nothing, I removed the person and readded them with the new email and nothing, how can I do something simple as to trigger sending an campaign email like the others received?

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

    To confirm what you tried here:

    After you paused the campaign and added the users, did you resume it?

    The campaign won’t send the emails to the new users added unless it’s Resumed. 

    Also,  how often the emails are sent would depend on your Sender Increments, if your increments differ from this, you would need to wait for the approx time suggested, before all the emails are sent out.
