Phish threat - Phishing email not compatible with Outlook email app?

Hi, 
 I recently discovered that if we send a phishing email from Phish threat and open the email in Outlook desktop app. The images embedded in the email tend to glitch or change sizes. I checked that the phishing email looks fine when opened on outlook web and mobile app. Here is an example of what it looks like: Is this an issue that can be fixed from the Sophos platform or do phishing emails tend to break if open on the outlook app?

 The safe senders' list should include the test senders' email domains. This will allow the campaign emails to show their full content. Create a group policy that includes the safe senders't list containing the test senders' email domains.
