We are being asked to verify our domain. The notice says that we verified it just over one month ago. How often will we have to do this?

Verified domain should last a year validity as per the doc: https://docs.sophos.com/central/customer/help/en-us/ManageYourProducts/GlobalSettings/FederatedDomain/index.html
If the issue would still persist in the future, you may open a support ticket to have this further checked.
