We have installed the add-on for Outlook from Sophos. This was rolled out to all devices via an XML through the M365 admin center. In this XML I have already added the following:
The following error pattern: If I report a mail in my personal mailbox everything works fine.
However, if I want to do this within a Shared Mailbox (No User) it loads for 3-4 minutes (First picture) and then runs into a timeout (Second Picture).
Microsoft Outlook Version: 2212 Build 15928.20216
Exchange in Hybrid Status (Local & Exchange Online)
Mailboxes are located in Exchange Online
Does anyone have the same error?
