Series Campaign Error

Hello, I am getting the following error when attempting to create a series campaign:

I have never gotten this error before and I have been rolling out series for months now without an issue. This series was set up like all of the previous ones. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community. If your license is still valid and you are creating the campaign with a user that has the correct credentials, and if the issue persists please open a case with Support and share the Case ID so we can follow up.
