Report Message Crashes in Outlook

After MS February 2021 updates Outlook would crash, I removed the Report Message Button from Exchange ECP and was able to open Outlook again.

I added the Report Message back into Exchange ECP and Outlook crashed again.

I uninstalled MS KB4493190 and Outlook no longer crashes.

Phish Threat is an integral part of our business and would like to know when a fix will be in production.
