Advisory: Phish Threat: US-east-2 and US-west-2 Dashboard fails to load or create new campaigns.

Hi Community,

When logged into the Central Dashboard and selecting Phish Threat the page will fail to load returning a 503 error, the page will remain on the main central dashboard. No new campaigns can be created.

This issue appears to only be impacting us-east-2 and us-west-2 central regions.
