Hi
We are trailing Phish Treat within our organisation. But are having problems with white listing.
Our email is setup with an external hosted Barracuda spam filter, which then forwards to Office 365.
I have white listed the domains and IP's in the Baracuda filter, and added them to the default spam rule in Office365.
However, Office365 is still marking the test emails as spam/junk. I believe this is because O365 "sees" the spam filter's address as the sending ip, not the originating Sophos ip and for whatever reason it is ignoring the "spam" white list, perhaps because of the pre-processing.
White listing the Barracuda's ip effectively turns of clutter, junk etc. for every user as O365 then believes all email is "clean", so I cannot do this.
When we have used similar services we have used email headers to allow email. Would this approach work for Sophos Phish Threat, and if so, what header and header text should I allow?
Thanks in advance,
