We currently use the AD sync to synchronise users and groups from AD to Sophos PhishThreat.
We’d like to create a campaign that all new users will automatically be enrolled in ….. e.g. all new staff get sent an email with a training module on how to spot a phish. We have tried creating a group for new users and setting up a campaign with that user group assigned to it – however if we add new people to the group and run the AD sync after the campaign has been activated the new users do not get an email.
Is there a way to achieve the above ?
